Terms of use for the On-Line ordering process of Kremastres.Com

Register/Login:

If you are a new member, to be able to complete the order, you will be asked to "register" as a new customer, filling in the delivery details of your order. If you have already made a transaction with KREMASTRES.COM in the past and you already have an account, just fill in your e-mail and your password. In case you have forgotten your password, you can simply write only your e-mail in the special place on the site. You will immediately receive an automated e-mail reminding you of your original password. Finally, there is the possibility of sending the order as a visitor, simply by filling in the necessary fields without the need to register in the online store.

Order processing - Price policy:

When no deadline for performance is indicated upon receipt of the order, the delivery is due no later than three (3) days after receipt of the order by the COMPANY, unless there is a problem in the availability of the item and this has been notified from the outset to the customer placing the order or a reason of force majeure. Orders are executed within an eight-hour working day (8:00am - 4:00pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays. The indicated prices of the products are the final prices (i.e. including VAT). The COMPANY's online store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer.

Order confirmation:

Every order is always followed by e-mail and/or telephone for confirmation.

Order cancellation:

Cancellation of an order is accepted only as long as the order has not yet been executed and the item has not been delivered (i.e. no delivery note has been issued), either by sending an e-mail or by telephone, every day except Saturday and Sunday, from 08:00 to 15:00. You have the possibility to be informed about the progress of your order, either by telephone or by sending an e-mail. The costs of commissions of credit institutions (Banks) for payments by credit, debit or prepaid cards, or PayPal, are entirely borne by the Client.

Product availability:

The company reserves the right to inform customers in case of later unavailability of an ordered item, for the possible time of delivery. In this case, if it is deemed that the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the customer, the order may be revoked without any loss to the customer. Any other order shall be executed as normal.

Order delivery methods:

The customer's order is sent to the address that the customer has indicated to the COMPANY when placing the order, by the means of the COMPANY's choice as shown below:

Athens:

1. Pick up from the store
2. Dispatch with our own trucks.
   Delivery is made only on working days Monday to Friday.
   Delivery is made on the sidewalk or at the entrance of the store and the delivery time depends on the truck's route. (Usually it is between 09:00 and 15:00).
   For orders up to 75€ there is a further charge of 6.00€.
3. Dispatch by Courier.
   The freight charge depends on the volume and weight of the order.
   Minimum freight charge 3,70€.

Outside Athens:

1. Shipment by transport agency of the customer's choice.
   The cost of the transport shall be borne by the consignee.
2. Dispatch by Courier.
   The freight charge depends on the volume and weight of the order.
   Minimum freight charge 4,40€.

The partner Courier with KREMASTRES.COM is ELTA Courier.

In case the customer's area is not covered by the ELTA Courier network, then it will need to be picked up from the nearest Speedex branch. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order completion.

Payment methods:

The payment of the order can be made with one of the following options:

• Cash on delivery by paying the appropriate cost (1,30€) upon receipt of the package.
• Electronically via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. The approval process of your credit card is instant, secure and on-line through the system, 7/365.
• Via PayPal by paying the appropriate fee (3.4%) on the total value of the order, plus a surcharge of 0,35€ per order.
  
• By depositing the respective amount in a bank account of our company (obligatory indication of the depositor's name/company name or order number).
